Our 60 minute CrossFit class is everything you need to become fit and well balanced in and outside of the gym. CrossFit is a community based strength & conditioning methodology, which is a fancy way of saying we want you to be well rounded. We want you to be strong and powerful but not to the extent that it interferes with your Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance (running, rowing, biking etc.) and vice versa.
